The wise God created human beings as the best and noblest of His creatures in the universe. He also illuminated the path and way of a bliss life for them through His messengers. In this way, for the blisses and prosperity of humanity, a comprehensive and complete plan has been presented in various aspects of life, enabling individuals to distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil, and virtue from vice, thus saving them from falling into deviations and errors.
Today, following this path is only possible in the light of the Ahl al-Bayt school and jurisprudence. Therefore, as the custodians of religious affairs, the jurists hold a high and noble position. In accordance with this position, they bear the heavy responsibility of promoting Islamic teachings and values and guiding and advising the people.
In this context, the role of Grand Ayatullah Mohaqeq Kabuli (RA) in our Islamic society has been outstanding and significant, leaving behind numerous material and spiritual blessings and impacts. This luminous and blessed path continues, by the grace of God, with the responsibility passed on to his righteous successor, Grand Ayatullah Fazeli Behsoodi.
Because the authority (religious leadership) has a special focus on presenting religious, faith-based, and moral issues to the believers in modern ways. Therefore, in response to the repeated requests of religious individuals and his followers, especially the younger generation, a collection of instructions based on the Fatwās of Grand Ayatullah Fazeli Behsoodi and a summary of the belief principles in the book of the teaching Islamic laws have been compiled by a group of writers.
It is hoped that this collection will meet the needs of the religious brothers and sisters, particularly the believers living outside the country.
