In contemporary times, Muslims, due to various issues such as war, trade, communication, or a desire to have a better life, have migrated to non-Muslim countries and settled in non-Muslim communities. This has created new challenges and questions in Islamic discourse regarding the laws, culture, behavior, and social customs and values governing non-Muslim host societies.
Therefore, it became necessary to write a book that contained answers and solutions to practical problems Muslims face in non-Muslim countries. Therefore, Shiites living in non-Muslim countries, particularly those followers of Grand Ayatullah Fazeli Behsoodi, requested a book on Islamic laws to be compiled and translated. For this reason, Grand Ayatullah Fazeli Behsoodi entrusted me with translating the book into English in response to their needs and issues in non-Muslim societies. I am very grateful for his trust, which has become a great honor.
Thanks to God Almighty, the book of the teaching Islamic laws was compiled and translated. I pray that God will accept this work favorably as a step towards his satisfaction.
I hope the book will attract pious and faithful Muslims worldwide. We would greatly appreciate brothers and sisters to share their questions and suggestions with us.
